My final opinion on Dr. Martin Schwarz's at-home teeth whitening treatment kit:

Let's start by saying I'm satisfied with the final result. I already started from pretty white teeth but I wanted to enhance their brightness and also get them extra clean by getting rid of some possible dental plaque, so I was really impressed by Bioscaling gel because in other whitening treatment kits I've tried in the past I never found an anti-bacterial gel, and in my opinion this is a great plus because it gives you a good teeth cleaning before starting the actual whitening treatment.  

Also, the entire whitening process is quite fast and the teeth whitening gel Expert 38% is very easy to apply. As suggested by the brand, I kept my Expert 38% gel in the fridge in order to keep it unaltered, and I used the right amount for each session (not too much, not too little). 

The whitening process might give a bit of tooth sensitivity, and it happened to me especially the day after I did the first treatment, so I found my own balance by using the whitening kit once every 3-4 days, in order to give time to my teeth and gums not to get too sensitive. 

Also, another thing I really paid attention to, was to be careful about what I was eating, because during any whitening treatment teeth can get more easily stained by eating or drinking certain foods (like blueberries, tea, or coffee). So, what I did was not to eat those foods during the 24hrs after the treatment or to wash my teeth right after I ate them.
